Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your Refined Qualities purchase. Returns within the U.S. must be started within 14 days of delivery and sent back in original sale condition.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of signs of wear or damage, and returned with original packaging when possible. Items returned with visible wear or damage may be sent back to the customer.
Exchanges are available when inventory allows. To start a return or exchange, email admin@refinedqualities.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless there was an issue with the order.
Shipping Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email admin@refinedqualities.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it or combine it with another order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders of $150 or more.
If a package appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us so we can help review the tracking information and advise on next steps with the carrier.
